Welcome to the Training Arc Program! In this program, you will transform your body and mind as you work towards your health and fitness goals. This program is a personal training package, which includes 8 sessions over the span of a month (twice a week sessions). Personal training sessions can be held remotely or in-person (depending on your location). The Training Arc program also includes a customized workout plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. Everyone has a different reason to be getting into shape, and we are here to lift you up to meet these goals, whether it be internal or external goals.
In order to start this customized personal training program, the first step is to book a free fitness assessment to access your readiness for exercise, your fitness level, health history, and goals. After that, a customized plan will be designed just for you and your training arc can finally begin!
